Job Description:
Market Development: Increase sales/ share of existing offerings to identify new product opportunities leveraging all categories in India and the international market.
Cross-functional management: Develop marketing and sales plans for existing offerings and work with the global marketing and business management team to implement strategies.
Channel Management: Manage existing distributor/agent relationships; evaluate existing partners and develop recommended channel/sales approach to the variety of markets our clients serve. The role will have day-to-day responsibilities to ensure the performance of the distributor partners.
Industry Analysis: Perform competitive intelligence in the local market to improve understanding of both local and global competitors.
Assisting with Project Management: Work with the product management team and other stakeholders to support project analysis related to the potential production of products in India or make/buy partnerships with local companies.
Liaison with R&D team: Work closely and co-develop products with a technical team based on end industry segment grades, domestic and global market etc. |
