Job Description |
· Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team · Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence · Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives · Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs · Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team · Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status · Exploit (IMP)initiative master plans at granular level by trade channel · Own the development of in store sales fundamentals, POSM and concept sells · Develop retail performance standards · Customize solutions by customer, market and channels to support CBD · Initiate and monitor CBD training and development on category and brands initiatives · Contribute to the demand & supply process · Own sales building blocks and business analysis · Budget recommendation, planning and tracking · Competitive assessment and pricing analysis · Own his/her assessment form (PEP) · Own his/her 5 Rocks · Own his/her scorecards · Own his/her MOL (Monthly operation letter) · Own his/her business, stewardship
