· Contribute to the demand & supply process

· Own sales building blocks and business analysis

· Budget  recommendation, planning and tracking

· Competitive assessment and pricing analysis

· Heavily engaged with the principles in the initiative design

· Own his/her assessment form (PEP)

· Own his/her 5 Rocks

· Own his/her scorecards

· Own his/her MOL (Monthly operation letter)

· Own his/her business, stewardship

• Conduct field visit at-least once every 2 weeks

• Enable CBD to sell more Cases

– Build category knowledge capability

– Making concept sells  with CBD via  key business drivers and ensuring customer profitability

– Deliver retail performance standards for field CBD
