Job Description |
- Lead the creative design vision and strategy for all marketing assets like digital assets, print material, product packaging, and advertising campaigns.
- Design concepts based on brand values and goals using creativity.
- Work along cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and sales, to guarantee alignment and continuity of brand touch points.
- Oversee the production process from the concept stage to delivery, ensuring quality and accuracy in all pieces of work.
- Ensure that the team is up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques and emerging technologies in order to maintain constantly improving creative output.
- Take care of brand identity standards and evolve them keeping in mind consistency and authenticity in design assets.
- Manage relationships with external creative agencies, freelancers or vendors as needed to fill any project gap.
- Present design concepts to the key stakeholders including rational behind the design choices and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to build and run integrated marketing campaigns that boost brand recognition, engagement, and conversion.
