▪ Overall responsibility for identifying the business needs, deploying, and implementing the annual plans to deliver service, cost, productivity, quality & innovation

▪ Define most appropriate roles in Supply Chain and hire / train / coach / develop related resources.

▪ Ensure visibility of information flow through installation of proven process flow and integrate all system through ERP and automation

▪ Co-Leads Sales and Operations Planning Process for the country & drive efficiency of flows from supply planning and execution to customer delivery by optimizing supply chain cost, processes, inventory, sales forecasting
