• Sales: as per assigned budget (Top line). • Collections: as per company commercial norms • Responsible for primary /tertiary sales of the territory. • Activity to support tertiary sales movement . • Productivity: » (TH/TE) manpower productivity as per preset norms » ISP’s productivity as per metro & non metro pre set slabs in EC. » Town productivity/account productivity as per prescribed norms. • Expansion: • Expand distribution as per the geographical coverage and MPV. » To add stores in existing towns and add more stores in new towns as per classification. » Managing distribution as per the prescribed norms.. • Competition information • Travel plan as per PJP. • Structured Reporting: Weekly/Fortnightly/monthly. • Liasoning with other support functions falls in his area of operation. |
