· Work on Business Expansion Plans & Appointment of new BP's.

· Plan for achievement of BP revenue targets (Revenue 80 Lac/Annum).

· Customer Visits for Management Escalations.

· Keep reviewing the knowledge of BP owner and his team on technical / soft skills. Identify their training needs and impart them.

· BP visits / quality audit like Store / Hygiene & Technicians.

· Attending and handling legal cases.

· Maintain the MSL of service franchisee.

· P2P approval against rejections.

· Monitoring of SO visits and their attendance verification.

· Educate BP's on how to maximize their ROI's
