· Need Male Maharashtrian candidates for this position · Required Minimum MBA or MMS or PGDM in HR candidates for this position · The candidate will be handling Non IT recruitment positions across PAN INDIA and will be extending support to take care of junior, middle, and senior-level recruitments · He should be taking care of Induction and documentation for newly joined Sales employees · Sourcing using job portals, giving advertisements, and creating artwork to publish on social media sites · Candidate must have exposure to bulk recruitment · Candidate should have exposure to conduct campus recruitment and he will be required to travel within INDIA to meet college placement to drive the Internship program · Candidate must possess communication, Letter drafting, Ms Excel, and presentation skills · He should be Overseeing all the communication between the organization’s hiring managers and candidates · Candidate should be very much confident and energetic enough to explain his job profile properly and also he should have gone through our JD and company website properly. |
