· 1st Preference Female Maharashtrian candidates only for this position or Non Maharashtrian candidates will also do

· Conduct Market research to identify customers’ needs and preferences                                                   

· Prepared project brief for new product Development                                                                           

· Coordinate with cross functional team including R&D, Production, Media, Sales-Marketing & other related departments

· Evaluate product performance and Make recommendations for Improvement in Product

· Monitor marketing trends and Competitors activities to identify opportunities for innovation

· Apply knowledge of surfactants and detergent for home care product development

· Apply knowledge of fragrances & Essential oils for Agarbatti and fragrance development

· Closely work with R&D team for product development                                                                     

· Prepared brief for project escalation and fast track project based on marketing demand

· He should have knowledge of Agarbatti raw materials, finished Agarbatti and fragrance

· Tie up Coordination and Follow up with universities/Institution for product development

· Need candidates who have worked on Product Development on Homecare or Household care products like Washing Powder, Soaps, Detergents, Dishwash Bar, Dishwash Liquid, Floor Cleaner, Toilet Cleaner, Handwash etc.
