1. Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) degree from a recognized institution.

2. Valid nursing license or registration from the parent council.

3. Fresher or 2 to 3 years of experience in a hospital setting.

4. Preferably experience in oncology nursing.

5. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of surgical procedures.

6. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients.

      9. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
