Job Description |
1. Drive sales and business development activities to achieve and exceed sales targets. 2. Utilize in-depth market knowledge to identify and engage potential clients in the industrial automation sector. 3. Generate enquiries and submit offers/quotation to clients efficiently. 4. Present products to clients in line with their applications and requirements. 5. Handle negotiations and finalize contracts with clients. 6. Maintain expertise on our product range, including Cam Indexers and motor drives, and use this knowledge to provide solutions to clients. 7. Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 8. Maintain a sales database for tracking offer follow-ups and client communications. 9. Take initiative in identifying new market opportunities and strategies for business growth. 10. Strong technical knowledge of industrial automation components and systems. 11. Proficient in MS Office. 12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 13. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. 14. Knowledge of Cam Indexer, motor drives, and PLC Control panels is highly desirable. 15. Ability to manage customer relationships effectively. 16. Strong initiative and ability to work independently |
