· Lead the business development and execution of construction projects related to residential property, dealing with Government, contractors and tendering processes.

· Manage the entire construction process from planning and design to completion and handover.

· Ensure quality standards are met and adhere to project timelines and budgets.

· Lead and manage a team of construction professionals and contractors, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.

· Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, contractors, suppliers, and other partners.

· Drive profitable growth by identifying new business opportunities and cost-saving measures, and managing the P&L of the construction business.

· Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
