· Develop initiative tool kits ( Localize for Principle led initiatives and develop for market led initiatives)

· Own the development of in store sales fundamentals, POSM and concept sells

· Develop retail performance standards

· Customize solutions by customer, market and channels to support CBD

· CBD training and development on category and brands initiatives

· Contribute to the demand & supply process

· Own sales building blocks and business analysis

· Budget  recommendation, planning and tracking

· Competitive assessment and pricing analysis

· Heavily engaged with the principles in the initiative design

· Own his/her assessment form (PEP)

· Own his/her scorecards

· Own his/her MOL (Monthly operation letter)

· Own his/her business, stewardship
