o   The candidate will be directly involved in sourcing commodities like sugar, rice, cocoa powder, flour, pulses etc.

o   Provide leadership to the Dubai Sales Team and Warehouse operations.

o   To ensure that overall sales values, collection & other targets are met.

  Key responsibilities area:  

o   Lead the UAE Sales Team during the negotiations with key Customers.

o   Sourcing of sugar for Dubai & Oman and other commodities for trading in the UAE.

  People development:  Ensure skills & capability enhancement of Sales Team by gap

identification, coaching & training.

  The Business Manager will be primarily responsible for coordinating closely with Sales, Logistics & Finance teams in UAE to ensure that support & resources essential to meet the targets are clearly built into the plans and delivered.

  Implement Score Cards, MIS and bench-marking for the UAE team.
