Job Description |
1 CRM and Trade : 1. To establish Distributor & Customer relationship at Domestic and International Level. 2. To conduct promotional activities at potential markets in Exhibitions, Events, Conferences, etc. 3. To coordinate for stall Design finalization, Visitor's arrangements, & to approach and showcase our product & company’s existing & new products. 4. To negotiate & finalize distributor in different regions and to allocate customers for distributors to avoid conflicts. 5. To arrange Plant visits of Customers whenever reqd. 6. To carry out documentation wrt Vendor registration & Certification requirement as per customers requirement. 2 Sales & Revenue generation: 1. To verify the Credit worthiness of customers & decide on payment / credit terms 2. To carry out Contract Negotiation , Finalization with agents and customers to introduce / boost the sales in untapped market & existing markets. 3. To achieve month - on - month Sales & collection targets by carry out follow up for payments in Executing the orders 3 Market Intelligence & Business Development: 1. To carry out Competitors' & Market Intelligence as well as track local and International price Trends of our products to set our price in the various markets. 2. To understand the Customer's requirements, discuss with R & D and send Samples for approval. 3. To Keep a track of the client’s business initiatives and future plans and analyze its impact on business. 4 Sales logistics & export Documentation: 1. To negotiate with shipping lines and shipping forwarders to save logistic cost & timely dispatch at competitive freight as per customer’s requirement (viz. line preference, free days , Transit time , container deposit amount waiver etc.). 2. To closely monitor the movement of materials from factory, port and loading / unloading including Gate in - Gate out, SGS Inspection, Palletization, etc. . 3. To carry out documentation about dispatches viz. ACD (advanced cargo declaration), Delivery Order (DO), Cleaning certificate if shipment in ISO tank, Dangerous Goods Declaration, for USA shipments compiling wrt ISF form (international standard filling), Certificate of Origin, Landing Certificate, etc.. 5 Support to domestic Sales: 1. To attend the pre-bid meeting with OMCs and understand the requirement of the tender. 2. To Submit the required documents such as EMD, Integrity Pact, and Affidavit cum undertaking etc as per the prevailing requirements 3. To participate in online biding. 3. To coordinate with Accounts & Finance team for issue of bank guarantee & other related data & with Factory for the material requirements. 6 R & D and Factory Co-ordination : 1. To Create sales order in SAP and inform the factory for delivery schedule / specific requirement of labeling on the drums/tanks / specific other quality requirements / etc. 2. To inform R & D on timely basis incase of any quality related matters simultaneously take the customer into confidence. R & D AND 7 Sales MIS & other procedures: 1. To Create master database of all customers and updating the customer name, address, contact details on regular basis. 2. To Provide the required data to auditors such as ISO, Responsible Care Audit, and compliance audit, internal and external audits. 3. To provide data regards to transfer pricing 4. To prepare various trend analysis, market intelligence reports, MIS, and departmental budget and budget v/s. actual assessment, annual expense, etc. 5. To attend various government hearing and liaison with key government organization related to marketing functions. 6. To prepare & send commission statement to subsidiary Companies on monthly basis. 7. To prepare and submit Export sales data for the Export Promotion Awards. Key Competencies:
