- Minimum formulation Industry experience 5 Yrs, outof minimum 3 yrs in packing department.
- Able to plan and execute independently in packing department.
- BPR, BMR, reconciliation, packing list, manpower allocation should be strong.
- Blistering, Striping, Jar filling lines experience.
- Able to plan and deliver in time.
- Able to face external audit by various government authority.
- Well verse with computer and software.
- Able to handle floor independently in packing department.
- Track and Trace System knowledge will be desire
