Business / Financial Aspects: Overall in charge of Security Operations (Man, Material Security Operation & Machinery of the plant).

To ensue enforcement of Policies / SOP related with Security Operations.

To ensure enforcement of policies introduced for safety of staff / Vendors/ Visitors / Vendor Vehicles etc.

Control & Monitor the expenses related with security operations..

Operation Part:.

Controlling & keeping record of entry / Exit of Man / Material & in coordination with Wt Bridge sections & overall supervisions of Wt Bridge part..

Responsible for process adherence of inward and outward equipment movement & Gate pass related issues.

Preparing monthly & maintaining reports, checking attendance shift wise duties, surprise checks 7 security assessment.

Prepare & implement emergency responses mechanism.

Oversee vendors/ service providers of establishments and maintaining records to ensure smooth and trouble free services to the organization.

Obtain various intelligence / key inputs and share with HR Head on regular basis.

Patrol rolling in factory premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of all the area of factory premises.

Responsible for proper documentation of inward and outwards movement of materials,, for maintenance and periodically servicing of company vehicles, various vehicle related reports, KPL reports , MLC documentation.

Responsible for investigation on theft / lost / stolen aspects.
