• Key activities i.e., recruitment of Professionals up to the level of Manager and shop workforce, compliance under Labor Law, partner with the BU and Corporate HR Teams for execution of policies, procedures, guideline, Reward & Recognition, PMS, etc.

 • Handle Union issues, drive Wage Settlement as Core Negotiation Team Member, Signed 2 Wage Settlements OD interventions

  •  Handle the Government Relations for the Plant (Factory Inspector Office, PF Authorities, ESI Corporation, Labor Welfare Board, their Visits / Inspections, Court matters, face Internal & External Audits, compliance.

• Drive employee engagement, involvement, coach the Line Managers, my Team Members on functional as well as Leadership Skills.
