Job Description |
1. Track progress of quality team 2. Work with supervisors and management to ensure that all associates are meeting quality standards 3. Provide training as needed to both new hires and experienced associates 4. Attend and contribute to both internal and client calibration sessions 5. Remain knowledgeable on project information by keeping training manual and memos updated 6. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management of the company 7. Interview and train QA team 8. Provide coaching and support to QA team (Team Coach & Team Leaders) 9. Maintain consistent communication with team, peers and Supervisors 10. Drive high performance and customer focused culture 11. Be versatile and transparent culture Requirements: 1. Possess Leadership ability and outstanding organisational skills 2. Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills. 3. Needs to be a multitasker and must have a problem-solving attitude. 4. Good with MS office tools. |
