Should have experience of Design / Plumbing of Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, Ventilation, STP.

To check / study & edit drawings, specifications, DBR, BOQ, GCC/SCC received from Architects / Consultants.

To comments on DBR, Drawings, Tenders & approve the same.

To provide value Engineering inputs to save the cost.

To prepare techno-commercial comparative/negotiate all the offers received from the contractors. 

To assist for Vendor/contractor finalization.

Co-ordination with site team for MEP execution

Co-ordination with Architects / Consultants & to provide inputs for Designing MEP services.

To provide data for HRC, MOEF, CFO, IGBC & attend meeting for the same.

To keep track of all MEP work to avoid expenses beyond the budget.

To maintain a tracker for all MEP activities since beginning till end of project.

Proper scrutiny of all the requirements received from site including additional claims.

To coordinate with Asset Management Team for Handing over of the project without any snags.

To assist the Head for – smooth implementation of all MEP works from initial stage of the project till hand over.
