Job Description |
APPROVALS RELATED: - Assessment of the building proposals from technical, financial & practical feasibility point of view
- Preparation and submission of municipal plans with in house team of architects and draftsmen.
- Coordination with Design Architects and Consultants
- Obtaining of development permissions, OC, and all other approvals required to start work
- Coordination with all consultants / other departments to comply with the conditions of IOD/CC/OC
- Acquire additional approvals at various stages of construction
- Liaising with NAINA building proposal department, MOEF, TILR, UDD, Mantralaya, Collector office. DTP office, etc.
- Preparation of presentation and documentation for various Statutory Committees such as HRC, MoEF, etc. at all stages of construction and attending their meetings
- Preparation of paperwork and reports for approvals & drafting of letters to various authorities
- Monitoring and tracking approvals in the pipeline
- Evaluating consultants proposals and allocating responsibility of approvals to selected consultants
LAND AND REVENUE RELATED - Ensuring smooth interaction with Architectural team, Sales team and Construction Management team
- Developing and leading a team of dedicated staff for coordination amongst various in-house departments, consultants and authorities
- Oversee staff deployment and drive motivation levels of the team & Managing efficiency levels and drive timely delivery of all operational targets
