Job Description |
· Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and inbound inquiries. · Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers. · Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential customers via phone or online meetings. · Sales Closing: Close sales deals by effectively addressing customer objections, negotiating terms, and ensuring customer satisfaction. · Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities · Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline information. · Understanding the requirement of the client and Sending him information like images for reference and quotation. |
