1. Hands on experience into ITSM modules - incident, problem, change, asset, service request management

2. Experience in creating service catalogues, variable sets, workflow, flow designer.

3. Experience in creation of new fields on forms, and writing validation around the same through UI policies, and client scripts.

4. Experience in writing scripts includes, including business rules, and server-side scripts.

5. Working on discovery of servers and network devices and updating the CMDB

6. Good to have knowledge on CMDB tables and integration of CMDB with discovery tools - sccm, jamf, EPO etc

7. Ability to troubleshoot production issues and raise cases with OEM for any product-related issues.

8. Ability to write fix scripts/background scripts for troubleshooting and fixing data-related issues.

9. Creation of new reports and dashboards as per business requirements.

10. Troubleshooting instance performance-related issues

11. Good to have knowledge on ITBM. GRC and other modules in ServiceNow.

12. Excellent analytical and communication.
