IT Infrastructure Management:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and data centers.

• Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of IT infrastructure to support business operations.

• Micro-segmentation, SD WAN Rollouts, ensuring quality of service, NAC, DAM, Netscope management.

• Oversee the management of cloud infrastructure and services.

Project Management:

• Plan, execute, and monitor IT infrastructure projects like application roll outs, BAU updates, New branch roll out etc. from initiation to completion.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project management best practices.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Patching and Update Management:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive patch management strategy for all IT systems and applications.

• Ensure timely and efficient deployment of patches and updates to mitigate security vulnerabilities and enhance system performance.

• Monitor and report on patch compliance and effectiveness.

• Collaborate with the information security team to address any identified vulnerabilities.

Compliance:

• Maintain key IT Infra Policies and Compliances

• Manage regulatory reporting and facing internal and external audits.

• EOL/EOS management for physical devices, OS middleware and database.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, and project managers.

• Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations
